Overview
Atlanta Tech Village is one of the country’s largest tech startup hubs, home to hundreds of ambitious companies in the heart of Buckhead, Atlanta. The 103,000-square-foot building houses everything from solo founders to venture-backed teams, and with that many companies under one roof comes a constant flow of packages, essential mail, and deliveries that need somewhere to go. HelloPackage went live at Atlanta Tech Village in February 2026, marking the first commercial installation in HelloPackage’s history.
The Challenge
In a coworking environment, package management is uniquely complicated. Unlike a traditional apartment building where one package room serves residents who all live on-site, Atlanta Tech Village serves hundreds of different companies, each with their own staff, their own mail, and their own expectations. Packages and correspondence were arriving daily with no clear system for logging, storing, or notifying the right people. Staff were spending approximately 15 hours a week managing deliveries and letter mail, time that had nothing to do with running the Village.
The Solution
Atlanta Tech Village implemented HelloPackage, bringing the same automated package management system trusted by multifamily communities nationwide into a commercial setting for the first time. Delivery drivers check in through a dedicated kiosk, packages are organized and logged automatically, and the right member or team is notified the moment their delivery arrives.
But packages weren’t the only problem. HelloPackage also took over paper mail sorting for the building, a first for the platform. A dedicated HelloPackage Ambassador sorts incoming mail by company name or suite number, and each piece is scanned and processed using an AI matching algorithm to ensure it lands in the right mailbox every time. The result is a mail system that runs without any manual logging, staff involvement, or misplaced correspondence.

The Results
In six months, Atlanta Tech Village has processed 1,856 deliveries, averaging 309 packages per month and climbing. July 2026 saw 384 deliveries, the highest month on record. Member satisfaction has averaged 4.63 out of 5.0 across 68 responses. Support tickets dropped from 12 in February as members got familiar with the system, to just 1 by March, averaging 3.4 per month for the remaining period.
